This is Lollingdon Hill in the parish of Cholsey in Oxfordshire. It is a chalk scarpe on the edge of the Berkshire Downs which I have painted from various directions. I was really thrilled to see Hedley's photo of this hill which I've used as reference for this painting with grateful thanks.
